“I recommend Sasha to everyone! I began my coaching journey with Sasha with the overall goal of managing my time better as a business owner, but I got so much more than that out our sessions.

She helped me develop skills that I use on a daily basis. Skills like knowing how to avoid or curb negative thinking and spiraling, manage my time and work/life balance, and deal with the myriad of daily challenges that arise as a creative entrepreneur.

She is highly skilled as a coach, and is also extremely personable and relatable which made it easy to spill my guts to her. Thank you Sasha!“

“When I started working with Sasha, I felt very stuck. I did not feel in control of my own professional narrative, or even around the moves I was making in my personal life that impacted my professional experience. I had had lots of starts and stops over the years, and I had the work collected and in various states of ready to display, but wasn't making the time to put that work into a format that was worthy of it all. I was also terrified of putting my work into the word.

I chose to work with Sasha because she is a woman from a diverse cultural background and specifically focuses on creative growth. These facts felt a lot more powerful, nurturing and supportive than other coaches in the tech industry that don't have the same to offer in one package.

Now when I encounter work anxiety, it's less daunting, it's quieter, it's easier to overcome because I know how to turn my attention to what is more interesting about a given problem versus focusing on all the ways it is scary. The shifts I made through our work together has allowed me to face challenges much more in stride, which gets smaller issues out of my own way and helps me continue to engage on bigger-picture issues that help me progress into a future I want to have. I have expanded my understanding of my role in my own life path, how work really factors into that, and am able to turn attention to new possibilities versus mulling on perceived barriers.

If you are a creative, if you are underpaid, if you are over it (whatever "it" is), if you are feeling stuck in your career or creative endeavors, if you feel overwhelmed and aren't sure the best next step to take, invest in Sasha's help.

Having a third-party human to bounce ideas off of, who understands creative industries, is so much more valuable than leaning on my work friends and being in endless gripe cycles. Working with Sasha, I can get my gripes out, and then get out of my own way to turn gripes into productive, positive action.”

“When I started working with Sasha, I had broken up with my boyfriend of 4 years, moved to a new apartment, and was trying to get a handle on my life.

I felt immediately comfortable in opening up and sharing some of my concerns and challenges with Sasha. She always kept me focused and ensured we were staying the course.

Some of the tools and practices that Sasha introduced to me are ones that I go back to often when I am feeling stuck or having a mental barrier that stops me from focusing on what I can control. The last few months since Sasha worked with me, I have been a lot more optimistic but also focused to ensure I am not letting myself get in my own way.

Sasha is empathetic, encouraging and knowledgeable. Her coaching practice is what has motivated me to begin forming habits that drive me toward achieving my goals. I am now in my second semester of my MBA program at USC, and I do believe her support strengthened my drive to complete and submit my application.

Thank you for all of your help, Sasha! I talk about your Coaching practice to my friends all of the time, especially ones who are feeling stuck in their lives and/or have been with their therapist for awhile and not seeing progress. I feel like you helped me to work through my own mental barriers that discouraged me from taking control of my life, and I am forever grateful to you for this!”

“I was brutally unfocused and could not finish any projects I was starting for the life of me.  I was using too many "tools" and was overly reliant on feedback from colleagues, and my work (and mind) were spinning in circles.  I needed a change but didn't know where to begin. I tried so hard to overcome this endless loop.  I went back to notes from graduate school, applied to and attended writing workshops, and reached out to my academic and professional collaborators. However, I still couldn't get the "engine" going.  It was as if the more I tried, the worse things got.

From the moment Sasha introduced herself over our video call, I knew she would help me be the professional I needed to be.  She was welcoming and receptive without making me feel "coddled."  I wasn't reaching out for therapy or writing lessons, and she told me that that's not what this was about.  This was about setting goals, finding out how I work best, and taking action on those goals with clear intentions. Clarity was key.

Knowing that being clear (not only to myself with what I want to accomplish but in the final product as well) is critical, I now allow myself to think about my ideas and know what I want to accomplish before I start typing.  I never feel forced to be creative because my goals are established before writing.  Setting clear goals is the work and taking action on those goals (whether it be a script, an email, a text, or a phone call) is (now) the fun part.

When recommending coaching of any kind, many people immediately think it's going to be some sort of "therapy" session that makes them tap into their psyche or use crystals. I always make sure to explain that working with Sasha is not therapy and isn't about finding newer, faster, or better ways to do something.  I explain that Sasha's coaching is action-based; it's not about "talking through" what's in your head.  Instead, I say it's about learning how to harness what you already have and producing work (of any kind) that your audience (a stadium,  your mom, your dentist) will clearly understand.”

“I was in a period of major transition: I had left my stable, full-time job with the hopes of pivoting into a new position in a new field. I had done a great deal of learning and networking on my own, but I needed someone in my corner to guide and direct my inner growth and help me focus on what new thing I really wanted to do.

I tried informational calls with professionals in my prospective fields, applying to jobs, reading books and self-help guides. Some resources were helpful but I wasn't really making progress on my own.

I was attracted to Sasha's human-centered approach--I could tell she would create a coaching experience that was unique to me and my needs. After our intro call, I felt certain that her only agenda was to help me find my truth and provide tools for me to create the change in my life that I was desperately seeking.

After four sessions, I approached my managers and created the program that I wanted to see in the workplace. I created a role for myself and made inroads that I still refer back to in my professional career as a milestone now. After six sessions, I got an internship in my desired field, and after 12 months, I made the full, successful career change from a classroom teacher to a DEI Consultant.

I have referred many friends and friends of friends to Coach Sasha. I tell anyone who is looking to make a change but is unsure of themselves or where to start that Sasha will provide the guidance and structure for both internal and external transformation. You don't need to have it all figured out--she will help you find clarity if you are willing to go deep! She helped me find my purpose and gave me the tools to achieve my goals. It's one of the best investments in myself that I have ever made.

I'm 100% Coach Sash ride or die.”

Before I worked with Sasha, I would generally stay in the idea phase of all the things I wanted to create. Or, I would tie my imagination to other people's projects or visions, which usually burned me out. I had trouble believing in my own ability to execute my own ideas- and often felt stuck, compromised, and frustrated.

I had tried other workshops and even a longer-term incubator program, but nothing actually addressed the internal monologue I was having with myself. I attempted many different methods that were meant to get me to produce more work... looking back, I can see that the negative beliefs I unconsciously held really made that all a non-starter.

It's important to get another set of eyes on the stories we all carry, and the creative process we may have never really set up. As soon as I started working with Sasha, I felt such a relief. Sasha has such a depth of care, candidness, and wisdom- it really felt like we were able to pinpoint and dismantle all of the disempowering narratives and systems I had, and begin to create a foundation of clarity and action.

Since working with Sasha, I have felt an incredible shift- from a guilty, stuck, and scared mindset to now an ecstatic, understanding, and clear creative flow. It's been the first time in my life that I've really felt fully comfortable and capable as an artist- able to actually produce work I love, connect and collaborate with more artists I admire, and more closely live my purpose as an expansive reality. I look back at the months I've worked with Sasha and see more results in my own creative practice than I've ever had in my life - how powerful that is!!

SASHA WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE! Really, truly. This has easily been *the best investment of my creative and professional life* and I will keep recommending Sasha to literally anyone who will listen. Sasha is so compassionate, discerning, and strategic, and I can't think of anyone who wouldn't tremendously benefit from her expert guidance.

Meeting with Sasha becomes something I excitedly look forward to - a lightning rod for the imagination during the course of a week!
