Choose based on how you prefer to work.

Some move through transformation alone, while others thrive in community.

Both paths use the same method, and offer a complete transformation.

The difference is the container, not the content.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • You learn faster because you're not just learning from your own experience. Every time someone else gets coached, you absorb the lesson without having to go through it yourself.

The cohort members are practicing the same method as you, actively building the same skills around self-awareness, follow-through, and creative momentum. You might have artist friends or industry specific groups, but those people aren't necessarily working on the same things you are underneath the craft.

You stop believing you're the only one. The isolation that comes with creative work convinces you that your specific brand of stuckness is uniquely yours. Sitting in a room where someone else describes your exact inner experience, in their own words, dissolves that story fast.

Accountability becomes something you feel, not something you perform. In a group, you said you'd do something last week and now ten people are in the room. You show up differently when your word lives in a shared space.

A group accelerates growth. You're watching new ideas work in real time across multiple people's lives. The group turns insight into lived experience faster because you're processing it together, out loud, with people who understand exactly what it took to get there.

  • There is no wrong way to start this work, it fully depends on your level of time commitment and personal goals for your work.

If you've successfully completed self-paced courses before, if you prefer solitude when processing big shifts, if coordinating schedules feels like a burden, start with the course.

If you've bought courses and never finished them, if you come alive in group settings, if you know you need people to stay committed, apply for the cohort.

  • No. The course is the full Artist Homecoming Method. Nothing is missing. The cohort doesn't teach you more, it simply supports you differently while you move through the same material.

  • Yes. If you start with the course and realize you want the community and live support, you can apply for cohort membership. You won't need to buy the course again as it's already included in the cohort price.

  • I offer 1:1 coaching exclusively to members of the cohort. By the time you've been in the group, you already have the method, the language, and the self-awareness that makes 1:1 work powerful instead of introductory, and we're not starting from scratch.

Together, we go deep on the specific thing in front of you (your project, career, particular version of stalling), with my full attention on your creative life.

The group gives you momentum and mirror, and the 1:1 gives you precision and pace. Most people don't get both at the same time.

Qualifying for 1:1 coaching is a conversation that happens naturally when you're already in the work and you realize you want more. If that's you, we'll talk about what it looks like.

  • Upon completing the course, I noticed a sudden shift to how I perceive doubt or avoidance of creative work! I noticed an opening, softening and expansion to how I perceived my creative process specifically in my heart and my gut. It felt immediately like I had tools to soften and calm my mind from common patterns that have been looping for what seem like years. I think the biggest thing that helped is now feeling confident and knowing that I have a process for creative work and that I am not just doing it alone. Knowing that the thoughts and avoidance patterns that I have are SO common and now I am safe in a process I think is key!

BETSY - PRIVATE CHEF AND RECIPE DEVELOPER

  • The desire exercise [from the course] changed my behavior the quickest as I felt it in my body so innately that something clicked and opened up. Because (before this process), I have gotten so in my head about creating, the practice and experience of desire can seem so foreign yet needed. So the 4 questions that bring simplicity and clarity needed to really focus and stay in desire rather than let the anxiety win. I know I will be coming back to these questions repeatedly.

ANNIE - EXPERIENCE DIRECTOR AND CREATIVE DIRECTOR

  • For the first time in a very long time - I wrote down exactly what I will and actually want to do with a lot of clarity. In the past I even doubted if it was what I wanted/ good enough/possible etc - and writing down what Im doing next and experiencing clarity and self trust gave me the best feeling! I feel like what I wrote down was like what my heart really wants to do and I have full trust that it's possible - that is a feeling that just feels incredible!

    MADDI - BRAND STRATEGIST

  • This course is SUPPER HELPFUL - WOW - I love aligned action vs driven behavior - this really clicked for me. It helped me be able to zoom out and see patterns of where I have fallen into driven behavior.

JEREMY - SESSION MUSICIAN AND PROFESSIONAL GUITARIST

  • This course feels like "how to be a creative 101"... it gives me a whole new definition on the way I have agency - to even how I will plan my days now. The knowing that the creative process is fully my own and being fully empowered in it and now having a saftley net for creativity is just life changing truly. It feels so nice to not have to wade in the waters and experience "trial by fire" but rather enjoy the process of creating because theres now so many amazing tools at my disposal!
